**LE CONTEXTE**

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un.e** Technical / functional analyst** pour rejoindre l’une de nos équipes **analystes fonctionnels **qui travaille pour un grand acteur belge du secteur des assurances.

**VOTRE EQUIPE**

Vous ferez partie d'une équipe composée d'une dizaine d'analystes, tous secteurs confondus, où règnent la convivialité, le dynamisme et un fort penchant pour le contact client.

L'équipe projet que vous rejoindrez est pilotée par Bernard GRYGLEWICZ, et votre manager direct sera Marc NYSSEN.

Vous bénéficierez d'un encadrement et d'un coaching de la part de vos collègues.

**VOTRE MISSION**
- Votre mission consistera à traduire les besoins du client, à réaliser l'analyse et à participer à la modélisation des solutions proposées, tout en respectant un équilibre entre les attentes du client, les contraintes techniques, et les standards de l'entreprise._

Dans ce cadre, vos responsabilités incluront:

- Participer à la détection des besoins des clients.
- Réaliser l'analyse technique et/ou fonctionnelle et veiller à la correspondance des fonctionnalités proposées.
- Développer les extensions nécessaires pour construire une solution et suggérer des évolutions technologiques innovantes et utiles.
- Exécuter, suivre le projet et assurer un support après l'implémentation.
- Coordonner la mise en place de transferts d'environnements avec les équipes techniques.
- Le cas échéant, donner des formations utilisateurs et/ou techniques.

**VOTRE PROFIL**
- Vous disposez de **5 ans d'expérience** au minimum dans un rôle de technical analyst.
- Vous avez une connaissance de **l’UML.**:

- Doté d’un **bon esprit analytique et critique**, vous êtes à la fois capable de prendre de la hauteur et de descendre dans des aspects plus concrets si nécessaire
- Vous appréciez le travail en équipe et êtes apte à travailler de façon flexible et autonome
- Bon communicateur, vous vous montrez convaincant lors de vos échanges
- Orienté solutions, vous gardez en tête votre objectif et vous vous organisez pour maintenir les délais

**Atouts**
- Idéalement vous maîtrisez l’outil **Enterprise Architect**.
- Vous avez une 1ère expérience dans les applicatifs mainframe.
- Niveau opérationnel en français et bonne maitrise de l’anglais technique. Le néerlandais est un atout.
