- You have a degree in interior design and/or a suit experience as an interior designer. You can work with the general computer programs specific to your position, such as AutoCAD 2D and 3D.
**A day in your life with us**
'- You translate the store's business plan into specific action plans for your department.
- You use your thorough knowledge of interior design to come up with solutions that improve life at home and you put the customer at the center of everything you do.
- You will recruit, develop, inspire, engage and lead your team in achieving goals, with a view to long-term growth and profitability.
- You differentiate us from the competition by highlighting the different styles and price levels of the extensive IKEA assortment, responding to different expectations in terms of taste and needs.
- You will reflect the IKEA identity and create the visual impact of the store and employee areas.

We are the team behind the scenes that ensures our products are available for our customers.
As a diverse team of co-workers, we use our expertise in the supply process to maintain the right balance between stock and available space bearing in mind forecasts and orders, so that we are able to offer sufficient articles to our customers at the lowest cost.
