**YOUR MISSION**:

- Project follow up until the final acceptance for the installation
- Establishing the basic documents for the different departments - Design Office, Supply Chain, Supervision and Assembly, including the general schedule, technical specification, budget, contractual documents and all other documents necessary for the successful completion of the project
- Drawing up the documents and technical specifications for the purchase of the contract's structural equipment.
- Following and managing the technical and commercial aspects of the contract (schedule management, budget management, documentation, certificates, tests and acceptance certificates,...)
- Preparing reports on the progress of the contract (engineering, assembly, testing)
- Acting as an interface between the client, external partners and internal departments
- Participating in product development (consideration of customer ideas, openness to new ideas)
- Maintaining working tools (specifications, calculations)
- Implementing and monitoring internal and external safety procedures applicable to the contract to ensure that the project is executed correctly and safely
- Collecting safety documents from the client prior to any action on site and ensures their transmission to the supervision and commissioning manager

**Exigences**:
**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Civil or industrial engineer with three years of experience in project management or implementation in an engineering office
- You know how to anticipate, structure, organise and work in a team
- You have the ability to analyse things globally (helicopter view)
- You are able to set and manage your priorities and are stress resistant
- You are customer-focused; you are autonomous
- You have a perfect command of French and English (spoken and written)
- Excellent command of IT tools such as MS Office and ability to learn other software
- Applied thermodynamics, physical-chemical phenomena of gases
