Trainer/technician

**Wat ga je doen?**:
Your duties:
You mainly work as a trainer.

Provide product training to our customers and prepare trainings with the customers.

Preparing and updating training material.

Notify customers of changes to the products.

Send reminders to customers when certificates need to be renewed and possibly schedule the training.

in the quieter periods you;
repair and/or perform maintenance work on returned products from customer

provide internal training to operators (based on work instructions)
you support the aftersales and/or engineering department.

Perform on-site interventions.

**Wie ben jij?**:

- Your profile:

- A1 or A2 electro-mechanics or equivalent through experience.
- First work experience gained in a technical environment.
- You are willing to travel (can be up to 50%). The training courses can be organized at the shop and abroad.
- Hands-on mentality, team player & social skills.
- Communicative and service-oriented.
- Very good knowledge of Dutch and English. Knowledge of French and German is a plus.
- Attest for Work at height / Not afraid of heights
- Computer skills: mainly Word and Excel
- You have a well-groomed appearance
- You have a driving license B or higher.

**Opleiding**: Mechanica - electriciteit

**Vakkennis**: zowel mechanisch als elektrisch goed onderricht zijn, daar hij/zij op zelfstandige basis de taken moet kunnen uitvoeren

**Talenkennis**: Nederlands
