**Doel**
Als Solution architect sta je mee aan het roer van de digitale transformatie van ons applicatielandschap, met als primaire focus de migratie naar microservices van de kernapplicatie van het agentschap. Je bent de brug tussen de conceptuele en de technische implementaties. Zo stel je het Match-IT team in staat om oplossingen op maat te ontwikkelen voor de uitdagingen waarmee het agentschap en haar partners geconfronteerd worden. Jouw technische oplossingen vormen de blauwdruk voor een efficiënter beheer van het opvangnetwerk en een grotere flexibiliteit in het gebruik van de applicatie.
**Context**
Elke dag zorgt het opvangnetwerk voor menswaardige opvang voor meer dan 30 000 verzoekers om internationale bescherming. Bovenop de basishulp (bed, bad, brood) staan Fedasil en de opvangpartners ook in voor de sociale begeleiding van de bewoners.
Fedasil ontwikkelt sinds 2016 in samenwerking met de opvangpartners het softwarepakket Match-IT om belangrijke kernprocessen te stroomlijnen, high level inzicht te krijgen in de doelgroep en operationele realiteit, en de collega’s in het werkveld maximaal te ontlasten van administratieve inefficiëntie. Match-IT ondersteunt alle basisprocessen voor het identificeren van bewoners, het beheren van opvangplaatsen en het ondersteunen van de sociale begeleiding. De uitdaging voor de komende jaren is om de bestaande processen flexibeler, gebruiksvriendelijker en efficiënter te maken, met nog steeds de focus op administratieve efficiëntie.

**Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden**:
- Je speelt een sleutelrol in het creëren van nieuwe services en applicaties. Je bent betrokken vanaf de formulering van behoeften tot en met de oplevering van de oplossing.
- Je beheert hierbij de architectuur van je project(en) van A tot Z, vanaf de vereisten in de business case tot en met de acceptatietesten en oplevering. Je werkt hiervoor samen met de analisten en de Enterprise Architect en staat in voortdurend contact met een groot aantal partners om performante en coherente oplossingen te implementeren die gealigneerd zijn met de prioriteiten van de business.
- Je definieert, bewaakt en communiceert de architecturale visie en roadmap en zorgt ervoor dat ontwerpen consistent zijn met architectuurprincipes en passen in de algemene, overkoepelende architectuur.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen en onderhouden van architectuurmodellen en -documenten.
- Je geeft je input rond organisatie-kritische processen van strategisch belang.
- Je levert technische expertise bij de ontwikkeling, operationalisering en verbetering van ICT-processen, -gegevens, -toepassingen en -diensten.
- Je brengt infrastructuurcomponenten, softwarecomponenten, databases en middleware-lagen in kaart door het uitvoeren van risico-analyses en kwaliteitscontroles.
- Samen met het team laat je het system design evolueren. Hierbij streef je naar built-in quality en bewaak je de non-functional requirements.
- Je helpt service
- en applicatiemanagers bij het vinden van oplossingen voor complexe problemen.
- Je speelt een sleutelrol in kennisbeheer en -deling binnen de (project)teams waar jij deel van uit maakt.
- Je speelt een actieve rol in de implementatie van DevSecOps.en de continuous delivery pipeline.
**Werkgever**:
**Fedasil kent materiële hulp toe aan verzoekers om internationale bescherming en aan andere categorieën van vreemdelingen die ook recht hebben op opvang (opvangwet van 12 januari 2007). Fedasil organiseert, rechtstreeks of via haar partners, een kwaliteitsvolle opvang en begeleiding. Het Agentschap beheert bovendien de observatie en oriëntatie van niet-begeleide minderjarige vreemdelingen (de 'NBMV'). Fedasil coördineert de programma's voor vrijwillige terugkeer vanuit België. Fedasil draagt bij tot het uitwerken, de voorbereiding en de uitvoering van het opvangbeleid. In het kader van verschillende initiatieven zorgt Fedasil voor de integratie van de opvangcentra binnen de plaatselijke gemeenschap**.

**Diploma en ervaring**
Om te kunnen deelnemen aan de selectieprocedure moet de kandidaat houder zijn van een basisdiploma van de 2e cyclus (vb. licentiaat/master) van universitair onderwijs of van hoger onderwijs van het academisch niveau en beschikken over relevante professionele ervaring.
Onder relevante professionele ervaring wordt verstaan een ervaring in minstens twee van de volgende domeinen die samen ten minste 6 jaar bedragen.
