- The Digital solutions team at IBA focuses on bringing value to their customers all along their journey (from solutions prospection, implementation, servicing up to upgrading and decommissioning).
As Product Owner, you have an amazing opportunity to define the strategy, roadmap, and maturity model for the Power Platform and automation across the organization.

**Challenges we trust you with**
- As a Power Platform Product Owner/Sysadmin, your responsibilities will be to:

- **Translate business requirements** into efficient Power Platform solutions
- **Define the roadmap** for Power Platform and automation to accelerate innovation across the organization
- **Define and improve the governance and documentation**:

- **Share best practices** and act as an evangelist to promote a power platform within the company
- **Update and maintain the Center of Excellence** and perform routine monitoring on the platform
- **Perform various sysadmin tasks** through Azure AD and Power Platform Admin Center
- **Stay current with updates from Microsoft **and provide communications to the company for any relevant new features
- **Create and maintain training **for employees of all experience levels

- To be successful in this role you will need to have **hands-on technical knowledge of Power Apps** and **Power Automate** along with Enterprise administration and monitoring experience.

- 4 years of relevant technology experience
- Expert in **Power Platform ecosystem** (certified in PL-600 will be a plus)
- Experience managing enterprise IT services, technical products, or projects
- Industry best practice knowledge of Power Platform, automation, and deployment
- Experience developing custom API data connectors in Power Platform
- Platform Admin experience
- Experience building solutions using technologies such as PowerApps both canvas and model driven, Dataverse, Power Automate, RPA, Power Virtual Agents, Power BI, SQL, Forms, SharePoint online
- Ability to solve challenging business/technical problems
- Knowledge of analytics tools and processes
- Application Lifecycle Management knowledge and experience
- Knowledge of security and compliance features like Data Loss Prevention
- Ability to organize priorities and act with a sense of urgency when necessary
- Ability to multi-task with solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to think outside of the box to provide innovative solutions to customers
- Ability to impart your knowledge to both pro-developers and citizen developers
- Collaborate with architecture and development teams to ensure that all solutions are aligned to pre-defined architecture/design or Microsoft recommended best practices for Power Platform
- Experience with establishing and maintaining Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) Starter Kit.
- Highly motivated, self-starter able to work autonomously, prioritize and drive real change in an organization
- Kind and collaborative, with good interpersonal and communication skills and able to lead projects creatively and independently
- Fluent and clear in **English**:

- both oral and written, French nice to have
