Meer dan 2000 professionals omarmen bij Smals elke dag de toekomst door zich in te zetten voor ICT for Society. Hoogtechnologische ICT-systemen zorgen voor meer efficiëntie in de belangrijke sociale verantwoordelijkheidsdomeinen van onze klanten zoals werk, gezin en gezondheid. Het eHealthplatform, een beveiligd uitwisselingsplatform voor medische informatie, zal papieren doktersbriefjes en doktersvoorschriften op termijn overbodig maken. Daarnaast zorgt de ICT-service Dimona er voor dat de RSZ de sociale bescherming van 4 miljoen werknemers snel kan laten evolueren, ongeacht hoe snel ze van job veranderen. Handig? Jazeker, en uitdagend ook.
**Functiebeschrijving**
Als Junior Security & IAM Support van transversale systemen werk je mee aan het beheer van systemen die de veiligheid waarborgen van applicaties van klanten van Smals. Je werkt daarbij nauw samen met de procesbeheerders en analisten van de betrokken teams zodoende klanten technische ondersteuning te bieden met betrekking tot systemen voor authenticatie, toegangscontrole en electronische ondertekening.
Meer specifiek neem je volgende taken op:
- Je biedt eerstelijnsondersteuning op technisch vlak voor toepassingscomponenten zodoende een goede opvolging van de issues van de gebruikers te garanderen. Dit omvat onder meer het afhandelen van supportverzoeken van klanten en het uitvoeren van een eerste foutdiagnose op basis van logs en supportools van het ontwikkelteam.
- Je zorgt voor de technische ondersteuning van de dossiers voor klanten om een goede integratie van de IAM-beveiligingscomponenten te garanderen.
- Je beheert de certificaten voor klanten zodoende de naleving van de veiligheidsvoorschriften te garanderen.
- Je beheert het electronische ondertekeningssysteem van de sociale zekerheid om de geldigheid van de handtekening op alle uitgaande documenten te garanderen.
- Je biedt technische ondersteuning aan de procesbeheerders om hen in staat te stellen de meest complexe vraagstukken op te lossen.
**Profiel**
Je behaalde een bachelor in de informatica en bent vertrouwd met onderstaande technologieën:
- SQL, Database, XML, JSON, Moose, Confluence
- Application security: cryptographic protocol & standards, cryptographic algorithms, UAM, oAuth & Rest
- Information Security Concepts & Tools
- Concepts Service Oriented Architecture
- Bug/Problem tracking
- Functional Testing & Analysis
Voor deze functie is leervermogen onontbeerlijk. Je bent in staat je technische kennis snel te ontwikkelen en je weet om te gaan met nieuwe concepten.
Je werkt georganiseerd en gestructureerd en geeft blijk van flexibiliteit. Dankzij je proactiviteit en nauwgezetheid kan je een gestructureerde aanpak volgen, jezelf documenteren om je lacunes in te vullen en zo voortdurend evolueren.
