Founded in 2018, Aerospacelab is an emerging figure in the aerospace sector, showcasing a remarkable achievement of 8 satellites successfully deployed in orbit. With our operations strategically placed in various locations, including the US, Aerospacelab remains steadfast in its mission to deliver pioneering solutions for our diverse customer community. Aerospacelab recently broke ground on its Megafactory, the world’s third largest satellite manufacturing facility, scheduled to begin operations in 2026.
ROLE OVERVIEW
- Your main missions center on the organization of the safety and security of property and people, information and risk prevention as well as the continuous improvement of security for all sites:
Organize checks to prevent theft, hacking, sabotage, intrusion, trespassing
- Coordinate the installation of security installations (gates, cameras, anti-intrusion system), check their operation and participate in their maintenance
- Daily supervision of external security providers
- Ensure the control of visitors, deliveries and external services providers
EXPECTED SKILLS
- Master state-of-the-art safety techniques, property and people protection
- Know the rules of fire safety and the methods of intervention in the event of conflict situations
- Be familiar with the regulations in terms of safety
- Demonstrate initiative, responsiveness, rigor and composure
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Big Sense of the Protocol and the Confidentiality (Secret - Very Secret)
We expect from you to be creative, pro-active and to challenge the processes currently in place.
If necessary, the administrative procedures regarding the registration to SPF Interieur will be managed by you in collaboration with the Security Committee.
MUST HAVE
- 1-3 years of experience
- Fluent in French and English (other languages are a plus)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Organized, structured
- Autonomous & independent
- Open to take responsibilities/ownership
- Able to easily develop working relationships with colleagues at all levels
- Fire-fighting and first aid certification
- BOSA certification
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with start-up or PME environment
- Experience in the industrial sector is a plus
- Knowledge of Vanderbilt and/or GENETEC security systems is a strong plus
