Are you ready to embark on a thrilling journey as our inaugural Inside Sales Manager? Picture this: You're not just stepping into a role; you're paving the way for a brand-new chapter in our growth story This is not your average 9-to-5 gig - it's a chance to build something extraordinary.

**What Awaits You**:

- ** Trailblazing Call Flows**:

- Collaborate with the Customer Service Manager to create call flows in unexplored territory, blending customer service seamlessly with sales.
- Be the visionary identifying new paths for cross-selling and up-selling during customer interactions.
- ** Scripting Adventures**:

- Craft compelling scripts and sales narratives, turning ordinary conversations into extraordinary opportunities.
- Ensure that each word spoken resonates with the brand and propels us towards our overarching goals.
- ** Assemble Your Telesales Tribe**:

- Dive into the exciting world of recruitment, handpicking individuals who will join you on this thrilling expedition.
- Set clear objectives and KPIs, shaping a team ready to conquer the sales frontier.
- ** Training and Development Expedition**:

- Develop training programs that transform your team into sales champions.
- Conduct coaching sessions that feel more like strategy huddles, gearing up for victory after victory.
- ** Navigating Uncharted Goals**:

- Set sail with clear and achievable objectives, knowing that unexplored waters might bring unexpected challenges.

**Must Haves Qualities & Talents**:

- **Strategic Leadership**:Proven experience in call center organization, coupled with effective people management skills
