**Wat zal je job inhouden?**:
- Samenwerking met lokaal management (plant managers, managers productie en onderhoud) op gebied van technische veiligheid
- Promotie van positieve veiligheidscultuur en bewustzijn binnen organisatie
- Betrokkenheid bij veiligheidsaspecten van investeringsprojecten vanaf dag 1
- Analyse van ongevallen en incidenten, inspireren van anderen voor veiligheid
- Standaardisatie van documenten, processen en rapportages en levert een bijdrage aan de verdere digitalisering van het thema veiligheid.
- Fungeren als back-up voor preventieadviseurs op verschillende locaties (in totaal 200 medewerkers)
**Wat zoeken we?**:
- Masterdiploma in een technische richting (ingenieur of gelijkwaardig) en diploma van preventieadviseur niveau 1
- Minstens 4 jaar ervaring in interne preventiedienst, bij voorkeur in industriële en multi-site omgeving
- Sterke affiniteit met technische en regelgevende aspecten van veiligheid (machineveiligheid, codex)
- Bij voorkeur in bezit van certificaat CMSE (Certified Machine Safety Expert) of bereidheid dit te behalen
- Je toont interesse in de menselijke aspecten van veiligheid (veiligheidscultuur, gedrag, leiderschap, groepsdynamica)
- Capaciteit om team te begeesteren en te coachen in hun ontwikkeling
- Energie halen uit overdragen van expertise en enthousiasmeren van anderen voor veiligheidscultuur
- Sociaal en pragmatisch persoon met inlevingsvermogen in realiteit van werkvloer
- Focus op sites in regio Oost: provincies Antwerpen & Limburg, maar zal ook geregeld op het hoofdkwartier werken
- Tweetalig Nederlands/Frans en vlot Engels bij internationale contacten
