P4P is looking for an **_Sales Support Officer _**in the Antwerp region.
**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
- Our client is a large shipping company in Antwerp.- Key responsibilities as sales support / inside sales:
- You provide accurate and timely administrative support to accountexecutives and salesmanagers for a portfolio of customers.
- In addition sales support acts as liaison between customer, sales and various cross-functional departmens on operational issues.
- You handle all spot quotation/tender requests from accountexecutives and customers
- You identify customer potential from the visit and call report issued by accountexecutives
- You contribute to dispute resolution with pricers and back offices
- You provide assistance on root cause analysis
**YOUR PROFILE**:
- You hold a bachelor's or master's degree or have similar experience.
- General knowledge of the maritime sector is a plus.
- You have an active knowledge of English. French is a plus.
- You are administratively strong and accurate.
- You have a proactive attitude and can set the necessary priorities.
- You have a smooth communication with internal and external partners.
- You are customer focused and result driven
- You have decision quality and problem-solving skills
- You have strong negotiation skills and can close sales
