**Jouw functie**:
- Je draagt bij aan de ontwikkeling van een beleid rond klinische studies, in overeenstemming met de Belgische en Europese wetgeving. Je werkt nauw samen met de CTU-coördinator en de TTO-office.
- Je analyseert behoeften, problemen en opportuniteiten in verband met klinische studies en definieert concepten, actieplannen en doelstellingen.
- Je onderhandelt en stelt overeenkomsten op met onderzoekspartners (zorginstellingen, andere kennisinstellingen,...) voor niet-commerciële klinische studies, werkt samen met onderzoekers en de CTU-coördinator om de onderzoeksopzet te begrijpen, en coördineert met andere diensten voor de integratie van specifieke juridische materie.
- Je analyseert processen en werkmethodes en stelt verbeteringen en optimalisaties voor. Je houdt de beschikbare templates inzake klinische studies up-to-date samen met de juristen van Tech Transfer Office.
- Je geeft advies over overeenkomsten, dossiers, cases en vragen in verband met niet-commerciëleklinische studies en je volgt de nieuwe wetgeving op.
- Je leidt, werkt mee aan of volgt (deel)projecten op in verband met klinische studies en je staat in voor de rapportage.
- Je blijft op de hoogte van nieuwe ontwikkelingen en trends, houdt je kennis up-to-date en deelt deze met collega's.
**Jouw team**:
Als Jurist CTU ben je verantwoordelijk voor het juridische aspect van alle klinische studies die aan UHasselt worden uitgevoerd. Je werkt nauw samen met de CTU-coördinator, onderzoekers, andere centrale diensten en externe partners om te zorgen voor naleving van alle wet
- en regelgeving. In deze functie speel je een cruciale rol in het creëren van een kader waarbinnen klinische studies aan UHasselt conform de wetgeving uitgevoerd kunnen worden.
**Jouw talenten**:
- Je bent in het bezit van een master in de rechten.
- Je bent vertrouwd met de oude en nieuwe Belgische en Europese wetgeving inzake klinische studies of bent bereid om je op korte termijn hierin te verdiepen met de nodige interne begeleiding.
- Je hebt basiskennis van wetgeving inzake de verwerking van persoonsgegevens (GDPR)
- Je hebt algemene kennis van het verbintenissenrecht.
- Ervaring in een academische en/of klinische context en/of ervaring als jurist in een zorginstelling is een pluspunt.
- Je werkt graag resultaatgericht in functie van het realiseren van doelstellingen.
- Je houdt van een stevige analyse en bent kritisch ingesteld. Je gaat probleemoplossend te werk met aandacht voor de onderlinge samenhang.
- Je werkt graag autonoom zonder de teamdoelstellingen uit het oog te verliezen.
- Je gaat actief op zoek naar nieuwe mogelijkheden, past waar nodig bestaande methodes aan en doet suggesties voor vernieuwing.

Je wordt aangesteld als Administratief en Technisch Personeel en verloond volgens klasse 5.
Je wordt voor 60% aangesteld met een contract onbepaalde duur.
