**Functie**:
Als **Logistiek Manager** ben je verantwoordelijk voor het efficiënt en effectief** beheren** **van de administratieve en operationele processen** van de magazijnsite in Zeebrugge. Dit omvat onder andere inkomende en uitgaande transportstromen, opslag, overslag, planning, klantenservice, kwaliteit en veiligheid. Je speelt een belangrijke rol bij de **optimalisatie** van de **supply chain-processen** en je zorgt voor een goede afstemming tussen de verschillende afdelingen.

Concreet ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volgende taken:

- ** Leiding geven** aan zowel de **operationele** als **administratieve afdelingen** (logistiek team, werk
- en kadeplanning, medewerkers, goederenafhandeling, );
- ** Coachen** en **trainen** van **medewerkers;**:

- Zorgen voor **uitstekende klantenservice**: tijdige leveringen zonder schade, kostenefficiëntie ;
- ** Optimaliseren** van **bestaande methoden, procedures, systemen en analytische tools**;
- ** Beheren, bespreken en verbeteren** van de **KPI’s;**:

- ** Verhogen** van **veiligheids
- en kwaliteitsnormen** door in te spelen op het bewustzijn en gedrag van de werknemers;
- ** Identificeren** en **implementeren** van **verbeterprojecten;**:

- Samen met de key accountmanagers, ICT en de operationele team, het **ontwikkelen** en **implementeren** van ****actieplannen** voor belangrijke klanten;
- ** Aansturen** van **teams** op vlak van organisatie, planning en ontwikkeling;
- ** Implementeren** van **trainingen** en **werkinstructies** voor de teams waar je verantwoordelijk voor bent.

**Profiel en vaardigheden**:
Voor de functie van **Logistics Manager** is onze klant op zoek naar iemand die zich herkent in de volgende eigenschappen en vaardigheden:

- Je behaalde met succes een** bachelor
- of masterdiploma Supply Chain Management**, of je bouwde ondertussen **ervaring** op in een gelijkaardige functie;
- ** Ervaring** als** Supply Chain Manager** is vereist;
- Belangrijk in deze functie is om een **team** te kunnen **motiveren** en **aa****n **te **sturen,** dus **sterke leiderschapskwaliteiten** worden gevraagd;
- Communiceren in het **Nederlands** en het **Engels** is geen probleem voor jou;
- Je staat **analytisch** sterk in je schoenen en **verwerft** snel **inzicht** in **processen;**:

- Ervaring met **proces
- en ICT-optimalisaties** is aan te raden;
- Je omschrijft jezelf als iemand die **initiatief durft** te **nemen** en belang hecht aan een **goede communicatie** binnen het team;
- ** Klanten** worden door jou goed **bijgestaan** en je **begrijpt** hun **behoeften;**:
