**Yogurt Kitchen is hiring a talented Account Manager Belgium & Luxembourg (M/F) for its Brussels office.Yogurt Kitchen in a few words**
The ambition: to develop the yogurt of tomorrow. Yogurt Kitchen rethinks healthy food and more specifically yogurt, for hotels, corporate restaurants, healthy fast-food outlets, espresso bars, etc, producing top-quality yogurt in a modern, bright workshop in the heart of Brussels. Since 2021, the start-up has been offering its customers truly innovative and creative zero-waste yogurt concepts. The yogurt is craft, natural and served to its consumers in a highly esthetic dispenser with a mínimalistic design.
With a range of expressive toppings added to the presentation, the ambitious company brings a spark of creativity and adds strong desirability to the out of home yogurt eating experience. Our goal is to become the reference for quality yogurt and to serve over 3000 professional customers by 2027 and to operate a local yogurt production unit in every European country.
Yogurt Kitchen is about product and customer obsession, creating a seamless and desirable experience regarding yogurt.
**Your role**
The job consists of generating recurring revenue by acquiring new customers, mainly 4* + hotels and hospitality venues in Belgium and Luxembourg, and retaining them with the highest possible satisfaction.
The objective is to grow the customer base fast in a profitable and lasting way, building a strong relationship with the customers’ staff and decision makers, ensuring a 5-star service based on quality, care, trust and excellence.
The position is at the heart of the company and reports directly into the founders and will naturally evolve along with company growth.
Here is a breakdown of your responsibilities:
- Selling: create a wonderful and seamless journey for the customer to embark with the Yogurt Kitchen concept and use it daily on its buffet
- Prepare lists of prospects in the various markets and different channels (hotels, business restaurants, etc)
- Contact new potential customers and book a physical demonstration and tasting
- Negotiate long term deals, close the sales and sign contracts
- Install the concept at the customer and launch the collaboration
- Visit existing customers and continuously invest in the customer relationship
- Ensure a picture-perfect execution of our concept at all times at all customers
- Non-stop monitoring of sales performance and execution at customers
- Carefully document all sales opportunities, progress, and attention points at every customer during all steps described above
- Realize and exceed sales objectives: number of new customers and customer satisfaction
- Customer service: be the customer main point of contact for the company, responding to customer requests and relaying them internally
- Customer satisfaction: with repetitive consumer/customer interactions and on-site observations sense what the company needs to do to improve product and service quality
- Constant improvement of sales processes for better customer satisfaction and faster growth
**Your profile**
We are looking for a passionate Account Manager with a successful first experience in any kind of commercial role, an ultra-motivated person to join the core team and contribute to product excellence and growth of the company.
You can demonstrate the following experience and attitude:
- Bachelor or Master level
- Significant first sales experience, preferably in a dynamic B2B commercial environment (FMCG, hospitality, catering/foodservice)
- You see and seek to create value in basically everything
- Dynamic and rigorous
- Sociable, able to relate easily to people and organizations
- Optimistic and hard-working
- Goes the extra mile to acquire the customer
- Fluency in French and Dutch, good knowledge of English is a plus
- Possession of a driving license is a must
- Mobility: 60% on the move across Belgium and Luxembourg
