**Learning & Development (HR)**

During the internship, you’ll have the opportunity to work on multiple L&D initiatives, get to know KPMG’s philosophy on talent development, bring your own ideas and work on individual projects. You’ll be involved in:
- Evaluation of existing development & training initiatives and contribute in roll-out and evaluation of new programs.
- Develop (self-paced or instructor led) learning content to strengthen and develop key competencies.
- Employee engagement & retention initiatives.
- Following recent trends in HR to align our offering with current and future business needs.

**People & Change (Advisory)**
- Within the People and Change team, we focus on the human capacity in organizations. We help develop HR strategies, programs, and plans to enable the HR function, line management or even top management to attract, develop, motivate, and retain valuable human capital. In addition, we also support the change management aspect in all kinds of customer projects, ranging from major transformations within companies or the implementation of a specific software tool, to a simplified way of working within a team. You'll be involved in:
- Assisting current projects for our clients
- Working out offers
- Doing market research
- Your own internship project

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- You are a final-year Master’s student with a passion for Human Resources.
- You possess strong conceptual thinking skills and a passion to realize pragmatic solutions.
- You are a good communicator, client-oriented, proactive, and a real team player.
- You have thorough analytical skills, a natural drive to incorporate high quality in your work and client deliverables, and you bring a good portion of enthusiasm to work.
- You are fluent in English, Dutch and/or French
- The exact period will be determined by mutual agreement (min. 3 months).**We offer**:
