Eurogentec is an internationally successful biotechnology supplier, based in Belgium (Liège area), that specializes in genomics and proteomics kits and reagents as well as cGMP biologics. The company was founded in 1985 as a spin-off from the University of Liège. - For the Eurogentec Group, we are hiring a new colleague (M/F/x) for the position of
- ICT Manager
- Heading the ICT department. This department is part of a new transversal division named Technical Support & Services, together with the Maintenance & Technical Services, Corporate Projects and EHS departments. The division’s mission is to enable & support safe technical operations everyday across the company, serving each employee as our own customer

- Manage the ICT team (12 staff) in charge of ICT systems for all Eurogentec BU/depts, including experts for lab-specific equipment, and remote staff based in Fremont, USA.
- Ensure business continuity with respect to ICT systems.
- Set up the appropriate ICT governance and related KPIs.
- Directly contribute to Eurogentec’s vision and plan for ICT strategies.
- Define and maintain the cybersecurity policy & continuous improvement plans.
- Manage company-wide ICT budget and risks.
- Recommend, assess, and negotiate ICT investments, and monitor ROI.
- Manage ICT subcontracts and closely monitor subcontractors & consultants.
- Translate business requirements into ICT tenders or projects.
- Drive the compliance to applicable standards (ISO, GMP, J-SOX )
- Directly report to the Head of Technical Support & Services, and when appropriate report to the Management Committee.
**Your profile**:
- A Master / Bachelor in ICT with broad knowledge and extensive experience, preferably in biotech or related business.
- An inspirational leader, managing, challenging and motivating his/her team with passion & empathy.
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in both French and English, and able to flexibly adapt his/her communication also to non-ICT audience.
- Seasoned ICT professional, experienced with MS environments (workstations, servers, PowerShell, active directory, Azure AD, Office Suite ) and virtualization & backup (VMWare, Veeam). Knowledge of SAP (S/4) is a plus.
- Excellent understanding of cybersecurity aspects and Virtual Studio programming environment.
- A passion to follow industry trends and evolutions in business ICT.
