The Project Technical Leader is the accountable person for all the technical aspects, a critical role to ensure best performance in execution with focus on schedule and budget improvements.
He/she works in close contact with the project manager, who is responsible for the project execution, to ensure all the projects milestones are met. He/she coordinates the engineering department responsible for each discipline.
Supporting the proposal and sales team is required to help negotiating with customer prior to contract award.

**Proposal Phase, Support the Proposal and Sales Team in**:
- Reviewing Customer specification
- Technical clarification meetings with customers
- Setting up budget (BoQs), organisation and schedule
Preparing transition to project phase
**Project Phase, Accountability for all the technical aspects**:
- Preparation of the detailed project schedule for engineering phase
- Coordination of engineering disciplines during all the different phases, design, manufacturing,construction
- Supporting the construction team for technical matters and NCRs resolution
- Leading all project phases focusing on continuous improvement of schedule and budget andupon highest quality standards, finding the best technical solution
- First line communication with the customers, the consortium partners and majorsubcontractors for all the technical aspects
- Preparation of the technical RFQs and evaluate bids from vendors, negotiate equipment, pricingand scope of projects in co-operation with Supply Chain, Engineering and Project management
- Together with Project Coordinators, Feed, gather and centralise all documentation (in SPGDCDMS) related to the project and ensure their conformity
- Responsible for Project tools digital transformation
- Reporting via company tools
**Skills****:
**Required profile****:
- Master’s Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
- 5 years experience
- Strong ability to liaise effectively, work in team with and build bridges between otherdepartments
- Technical background, Knowledge of heat exchange processes and mechanical construction is a
plus
- Strong customer focus
- Proficient in Microsoft Project
- Knowledge of CAD environments
- Fluent in both spoken and written English
- Project management skills, must be self-directed
- Ready to travel in all regions
- Experience of working in an industrial projects-orientated environment
