Hoe maak jij onze klanten blij ?- Train World is het nationale spoorwegmuseum van België en biedt een uniek uitstalraam op het verleden, heden en toekomst van de spoorwegen. In een scenografie van de Belgische kunstenaar François Schuiten wordt op een originele en interactieve wijze de collectie van de Belgische spoorwegen in Schaarbeek tentoongesteld.- Sedert de opening in 2015 heeft het museum ingezet op een ambitieuze publiekswerking en educatie waarbij inclusie een belangrijke rol speelt. Tegelijk zoekt het museum een evenwicht in het aanbod voor de verschillende soorten van bezoekers. Ter versterking het team zoeken we een Expert Publiekswerking en Educatie.- Wat is jouw rol bij NMBS ?- Je takenpakket bestaat uit volgende aspecten:
- Je assisteert in het meedenken met en uitvoeren van projecten rond de museale werking enerzijds en het ontwikkelen en optimaliseren van het educatief aanbod van Train World anderzijds;
- Je slaagt er in om ons rijke spoorwegerfgoed te vertalen naar producten en acties voor een breed publiek. Inclusie is hierbij jouw leidraad. Je hebt creatieve en realistische ideeën voor producten of programma’s voor het onderwijs en het brede publiek;
- Je doet de inhoudelijke opvolging en implementeert de publieksbemiddelende acties voor families, scholen, de buurt, jeugdwerk, socio-culturele organisaties en doelgroepen met bijzondere noden;
- De resultaten van jouw werk leiden tot een kwaliteitsvolle ervaring voor onze bezoekers;
- Je onderhoudt de samenwerkingen die Train World heeft met kunst
- en cultuureducatieve organisatie en voelt je thuis in het erfgoedveld;
- Je hebt voeling en houdt contact met ploeg van suppoosten, je werkt samen met een team van vrijwilligers en gidsen;
- Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de manager Publiekswerking en Educatie van Train World.
- Waarom is deze job iets voor jou ?- Je behaalde een masterdiploma en hebt minimum 3 jaar ervaring in museumkunde, idealiter in een gelijkaardige sector of in een non-profitorganisatie.Ook volgende competenties zijn van belang:
- Over een netwerk beschikken in de museumwereld is een voordeel;
- Je hebt ervaring met het werken met vrijwilligers en/of gidsen;
- Je bent ‘hands-on’, stressbestendig en beschikt over een creatief denkvermogen;
- Je bent een team player;
- Je weet prioriteiten te bepalen;
- Je kan vlot communiceren (zowel mondeling als schriftelijk) in het Nederlands en het Frans.
