As a Host Playmaker, you will help to create lifelong memorable experiences in our attraction for our guests. Playmakers are responsible for delivering consistent, proactive, and professional play for all guests of LEGO Discovery Centre. The Playmaker is the public face of Play who is expected to be able to inspire creativity and storytelling for both children and their parents. Playmakers will be interacting with guests throughout their shifts inside the attraction and should deliver top guest service.
Playmakers facilitate a fun and educational experience for guests participating in the Duplo Park, Hero Adventures, Creative Workshop, LEGO Education Workshops, Birthday Parties, and more You will deliver the highest possible standards of guest service, presentation, and product knowledge, as well as ensure that our guests are receiving optimal fun by connecting with them in a magical, fun, and safe environment.
As a Retail Host at the LEGO Discovery Centre Brussels, your role is to create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for guests in our retail space. You will assist visitors with product enquiries, ensure the store is well-organised, and help promote the latest LEGO sets and merchandise. Your focus will be on delivering outstanding customer service, enhancing the overall visitor experience, and contributing to a fun, creative environment that reflects the magic of LEGO.
This is initially for a 4 month period with the possiblity of an extension.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality.
- Excellent communication, listening, and motivational skills.
- Able to work in areas with loud noises and confined spaces.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
- Languages required - French and Dutch.
