Als junior UI designer ontwerp je voor Belfius Mobile en andere banking applicaties, samen goed voor meer dan 2 miljoen dagelijkse gebruikers.

**De job in een notendop**

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het ontwerpen van interfaces voor onze digitale platformen op basis van wireframes van de UX designer. Voor kleinere projecten neem je ook het wireframen en bespreken met stakeholders voor jouw rekening.

Je bent overtuigd dat naast esthetiek andere parameters zoals gebruiksvriendelijkheid, technische restricties en vereisten voor digitale toegankelijkheid (WGAC) even belangrijk zijn voor de kwaliteit van een gebruikersinterface.

Alle ontwerpen maak je op basis van het design systeem. Indien nodig doe je zelf updates aan het design systeem en documenteer je jouw wijzigingen.

Je kom terecht in een multidisciplinair team met UX designers, service designers en user researchers. Jullie gezamenlijke doel : de beste gebruikerservaring aanbieden aan onze klanten.

**Jij hoeft geen witte raaf te zijn**

Al kan je er bij ons wel één worden. We zoeken vooral een straffe persoonlijkheid met een learning mindset. Bij ons mag je volop je vleugels uitslaan als:

- Je hebt een richting Digital Design, Experience Design of soortgelijks gevolgd.
- Je hebt een een sterke kennis van visueel ontwerp van digitale interfaces, meer specifiek voor mobiele apps (iOS & Android) en desktop applicaties.
- Je kent Figma door en door.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van WGAC-guidelines.
- Je hebt ervaring met conversie optimalisatie voor (sales) flows.
- Je hebt goede communicatievaardigheden en hebt een probleem met presenteren aan stakeholders.
- Je hebt kennis van user centered design methodieken.
- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands of Frans. Je begrijpt de andere taal die je niet noodzakelijk spreekt.

Je scoort extra met:

- Ervaring als UI designer in een corporate omgeving.
- Ervaring als UI designer in een digital agency.
- Kennis van frontend coding.
- Andere zaken waarmee je ons kan verrassen.
