**| Your challenges?**:

- You develop and promote standardized planning methods and tools
- You propose and implement standardized planning solutions and best practices
- You participate in the administration of planning tools (Microsoft Projet Online), BI tools
- You develop planning solutions by integrating new technological means in collaboration with the IT Business Partner and the PMO of the sector
- You ensure a technological watch and benchmark in its field of expertise
- You animate the community of Project / Company schedulers (hiring, coaching, training, assessment, )
- You develop training tooling (classroom, webinar, business case, )

**Strategy**
- You define with the project team the most suitable planning structure to ensure an effective follow-up of the project
- Under the responsibility of the project manager, you analyze and challenge the schedules (Supplier, Customer, Internal). You define and feed the corresponding indicators.
- You participate in the elaboration of the proofs of delays/non-delays in the litigation process with the suppliers/customers.
- You support the project team during dispute meetings on deadlines with the customer or suppliers
- You evaluate current processes and recommend changes to improve planning efficiency

**Operations**:

- You collect and analyze information used to plan projects
- You list and sequence all activities according to WBS and durations (standard or estimated)
- You identify and include external interfaces (Customers, Suppliers,...)
- You implement progress update rituals through the various departments involved in the project
- You generate forecasts, backlog reports and advances, and any other useful documentation to track and manage projects
- You analyze the critical path, highlights delays and suggests options to reduce risks
- You verify schedule consistency with delivery dates
- You identify and resolves issues that lead to scheduling errors
- You analyze the impact of a change request
- You challenge the organization to control and reduce delays
- You have a Master's degree in Project Management, Business Management, or in a related field
- You have minimum 5 years’ experience in project scheduling in an industrial environment,
- You have a certification as a PMI scheduling professional (PMI-SP) or Project Manager Professional (PMP) will be an advantage.
- You have experience in project scheduling software (ideally MS Projects).
- You have the ability to evaluate project progress and facilitate interventions.
- You are able to keep stakeholders informed of project timelines and changes.
- You have excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
- You speak English and French.
- The position is based in Belgium. You must be available for temporary missions, sometimes on short notice, including international travel.
