Applications Analyst

**APPLICATIONS ANALYST**:
**An overview of your responsibilities**:

- Supported by colleagues, you will develop an in depth understanding of business profile and processes, with an initial emphasis on the Sagrex Aggregates business line;
- You will work closely with the Business Process Owners, the Key Users, the operational staff, and all levels of the business line and functional Management, to ensure ongoing and new requirements are understood, reviewed, and where appropriate, developed into sustainable solutions;
- You will ensure a high level of change control, working with your colleagues to ensure the relevant standards are respected;
- You will conduct functional testing, to support user acceptance and regression testing, development and delivery of training and documentation;
- You will support relevant release cycles with testing, including interface testing;
- You will continuously drive our digitalization agenda, emphasizing the need for process harmonization and data ownership;
- You will manage specific development projects, providing regular and high quality status updates to stakeholders. You will work closely with external partners who maintain and develop our dispatch systems;
- You will support the Business with the identification and processing of interface issues and errors in SAP documents and SQL records;
- You will conduct on site visits and technical interventions where needed;
- You will expand your knowledge into our other Business Lines (CEM and RMC) over time.

Your profile: *
- You have an excellent knowledge of SAP SD (development not necessary);
- You have experience with SQL database management and with ERP and production systems in an industrial setting;
- You have experience of transformational projects e.g. large scale ERP deployments;
- You have a detailed understanding of end-to-end business processes, or you are able to learn these quickly;
- You are assertive and able to enforce standards;
- You have experience in Project management;
- You are bilingual French/English, Dutch a plus;
- You have excellent interpersonal and change management skills, with confidence and ability to work effectively with all levels of Management;
- You are a self-starter with a pro-active style and you are able to use own initiative to resolve problems;
- You are willing to travel when required as well as work outside regular office hours during releases and incidents.
