De taken en verantwoordelijkheden

**Als Fire Safety Expert**:
Ga je aan de slag in de expertgroep bouwkunde voor zowel passieve als actieve brandbeveiliging;
Leidt je zelfstandig monodisciplinaire projecten van bestaande en nieuwe brandbeveiligingsinstallaties van ontwerp tot oplevering;
Ontwerp je brandbeveiligingsinstallaties houdende aan de grenzen en normeringen met innovatieve en alternatieve oplossingen samen met de collega's van de betrokken productieafdelingen;
Maak je documenten aan voor de aanbestedingen voor de aanbestedingen zoals technische lastenboek, plannen, meetstaat,... samen met de inkoopdienst en het evalueren van het technische deel van de aanbieding;
Communiceer je op een constructieve manier met de projectcoördinator, verantwoordelijke productieafdeling, werfdienst en aannemer, zowel voor en tijdens de bouwfase;
Rapporteer je aan je teammanager;
Ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige coördinatie van de diverse brandbeveiligingsprojecten: systematische opvolging van de voortgang van het project, de kwaliteit van de uitvoering en de commerciële afhandeling van het project, dagelijkse opvolging op de werf in samenwerking met de werfdienst;
Archiveer je alle technische documentatie van de projecten;
Optimaliseer je bestaande processen binnen het team;
Blijf je op de hoogte van recente evoluties en ontwikkeling op technisch vlak.
De profielkenmerken

**Als Fire Safety Expert**:
Beschik je over een Bachelor Elektromechanica;
Heb je minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige rol;
Heb je goede technische kennis en analytische skills;
Heb je goede communicatieve vaardigheden;
Ben je Nederlandstalig (meerdere talen is een pluspunt);
Ben je een teamplayer en heb je de nodige ervaring in project management;
Kennis Autocad is een pluspunt.
