Wat houdt jouw takenpakket in voor deze opdracht:

- Onthaal
- Inkomende telefonie
- Allround administratieve taken
- Rechterhand van de planning - klanten contacteren om afspraken in te plannen
- Bestellingen ingeven
- Facturatie

Profiel

Hoe ziet het profiel van onze Projectmedewerker eruit?
- Je beschikt over een bachelorsdiploma (of gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring)
- Je kan goed overweg met MS Office en leert vlot nieuwe programma’s aan
- Je bent flexibel ingesteld:
Woon/werkafstand: Je bent bereid je tot uur (enkele rit) te verplaatsen voor een project

Werkuren: niet alle bedrijven werken volgens dezelfde werkuren. Voor jou is het dan ook geen enkel probleem om je hieraan telkens aan te passen
- Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands,Engels en Frans
- Je leert graag en snel nieuwe zaken bij. Daarnaast zoek je steeds nieuwe manieren om jezelf uit te dagen
- Je staat open voor feedback en doet hier ook echt iets mee
- Je bent een teamplayer maar kan tegelijkertijd ook vlot zelfstandig werken

Aanbod

- Een brutoverloning tussen **€ 2400 - € 3400** (afhankelijk van je ervaring).
