Context
Vous faites partie d’une équipe dynamique de l’agence Private Banking située au sein de notre siège (Bruxelles Centre - Arts-Loi) et vous êtes en charge du secrétariat et du suivi administratif et opérationnel. Ensemble vous garantissez un service qualité à nos clients.
Votre Position
Votre rôle auprès de l’équipe consiste en:
- Assister les PBO dans toutes leurs tâches commerciales et administratives
- Préparer les dossiers et rapports pour les visites clients et prospects et assurer le suivi administratif
- Suivre les mises à jour des dossiers clients, ea suite aux changements régulatoires
- Gérer les agendas et organiser les réunions
- Préparer des donations et suivre les transferts monétaires et titres
- Etre flexible dans les tâches afin de participer à la vie quotidienne du bureau
Votre rôle auprès des clients comprend:
- Répondre aux appels des clients et les aider avec les opérations administratives
- Être proactif dans la prise de rendez-vous avec les clients : suivre la fréquence de visites et contacter (appels ou mails) les clients pour planifier des réunions
- Préparer et assurer le suivi des transactions diverses
- Envoyer la documentation à la demande du client
- Participer à l’accueil des clients dans notre bureau ainsi que pendant les évènements organisés par le bureau.
- Autres tâches et responsabilités:
- Mettre les procédures à jour et proposer des améliorations ou modifications.
- Bien maîtriser et appliquer la réglementation du secteur bancaire et les procédures du Private Banking
Votre Profil
- Vous avez une formation de bachelier
- Vous avez une expérience dans une fonction commerciale/administrative, le secteur bancaire est un atout
- Vous êtes bilingue français/néerlandais avec une bonne maîtrise de l’anglais
- Vous travaillez sans problème en Word, Powerpoint et Excel. Vous êtes IT minded
- Vous avez le sens de l’organisation et travaillez avec précision
- Vous êtes discrèt(e), motivé, résistant(e) au stress, flexible et autonome
- Vous êtes communicatif(ve), et assertif(ve)
- Vous vous adaptez facilement aux changements
- Vous êtes intéressé(e) par le monde des entreprises et le secteur financier
