F45 Brussels Central Station is looking for an Energetic, Motivating, Fitness lover, Passionate, Friendly, Hardworking, Knowledgeable, and Confident trainer to join our team
F45 is all about making our members feel part of our TEAM and it is your job as the trainer to make sure our members feel supported and encouraged at EVERY session. This position is for trainers who are passionate about health and well-being, fitness, as well as building a community that keeps our members coming back every single day
We guarantee that you will have FUN doing your job There are no workouts to plan, F45 does it all for you. Our class schedule allows for flexible hours.
F45 Training is turning the fitness industry upside down F45 stands for functional in 45-minute training, and it's the fastest-growing fitness franchise worldwide with over 2000 locations F45 Training combines elements of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Circuit Training, and Functional Training.
F45 Trainer Key Responsibilities:
- Leading F45 High-Intensity Interval Group Training Classes
- Inspiring and promoting an energetic environment
- Perform and demonstrate all exercises in class with regressions and progressions for all fitness levels from beginners to elite
- Modify workouts to meet the needs of members
- Attending to any injuries suffered by staff or clients
- Attending promotional events with team members to introduce the service or extend the brand
- Assisting in the sale of memberships and other offerings
- Completing client fitness appraisals
- Welcoming members by name
- Attending and participating in operational meetings
Key Attributes:
- Extensive fitness/training knowledge - be able to help clients adapt, grow, and change
- Motivated and passionate about the fitness industry
- Relatable, reliable, down-to-earth, confident
- Ability to develop strong relationships with clients and business partners
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Communicate well in English, French or Dutch a plus
- Exceptional communication skills including social media
- Excellent listener and attention to detail
- Punctual
Applicants must have:
- A great personality
- Group fitness or Personal training: 1-year minimum experience (required)
- Personal Trainer Certification through a recognized organization (ACE, NASM, at least 1.5 year Bachelors degree in related field, etc.) (required)
- Current CPR/AED (required)
- A willingness to work flexible hours
- Experienced F45 a plus
- Prior sales experience is a plus
