Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opvolgen van Equity & Debt Capital Markets-dossiers (= uitgiftes van aandelen en obligaties, zoals o.m. IPO’s, retail bonds e.d.m.).
Je belangrijkste taak is het opstellen en nalezen van juridische documentatie (waaronder prospectussen en contracten) in het kader van aandelen
- en obligatie-uitgiften.
Je team bestaat uit een 5-tal juristen en één paralegal en jouw rol hierin is om, net als de anderen, jouw dossiers te behandelen, uiteraard, met de nodige coaching van de andere teamleden.
Omdat het zo’n dossier-gedreven context is, lijkt geen dag op de vorige.
Je krijgt de kans om samen met de bedrijfsjuristen concrete werkervaring op te doen in diverse vragen van - hoofdzakelijk - economisch & financieel recht en meer in het bijzonder in Equity & Debt Capital Markets en financiële markten.
Dit gebeurt vooral binnen het gespecialiseerd ECM-DCM team en de juridische dienst, maar je zal ook in contact komen met andere afdelingen waarmee nauw samengewerkt wordt, waaronder de dealing room (marktenzaal).
Zodoende, krijg je de mogelijkheid om volwaardig met de bedrijfswereld kennis te maken.
