As a **senior Functional Analyst** with proven experience in bank and insurance, you have over 5 years of experience in managing the functional design of information systems:

- You create the concept and manage the planning for preliminary analysis and design phase;
- You perform the functional analysis of information systems and draw up the functional design after the prestudy;
- You support changes and enhancements from development through production;
- You recommend and implement system enhancements;
- You develop new program requirements and specifications to support specific customer needs;
- You support system upgrades and resolve problems with current systems;
- You analyse service requests to determine feasibility, technological changes, resource requirements and project time estimates.
- Next to a proven experience in bank and insurance, you have the following core competences : Agile Methodologies, Analytical thinking, Collaborating, Data driven, IT Security, Software development.

- Senior Business Analyst in the Solutions Team of Transformation Support (IT)
- You can demonstrate based on proven experience that you can turn concepts into concrete solutions: conceptual thinking, product and solution thinking, design cooperation models, work out target operations model.- You work as well in co-create with the internal customer being a diverse user base. You can discuss, present and validate your proposals and work with senior management. This implies you have a proven experience in working with senior management.
- In order to make this solution and the change to land in the organization, you have strong coaching and communication skills, a good planning and a solid change approach.
- This assignment takes place in a context where we are already running Agile and SAFe for a few years now, so a deep understanding of these concepts is key.
- From IT you bridge the gap to business. IT experience or a strong IT background is an important asset to be able to realize this.Our challenge is to make our processes more Cobit compliant and in line with our SAFe way of working. In the meantime the processes have to be rolled out and ownership of the processes has to be put in the right parts of the organization. It is not the purpose to only focus on the documentation, but also change the way of working of the organization, if needed.
- This is a subset of activities done by our team, that focusses on the Solutions and Assignment management processes of our company. We are also owner of a number of key processes in this area such as: Project management, Program management, Change management, Organizational Change management, Requirement management, Knowledge Management. Additionally we support the tools for these processes such as JIRA, Target Process, Qlik Sense

- Important skills:

- Strong analytical mind and abstract thinking, you are process minded
- Being able to deal with change and be flexible
- You are a self-starter and you have a clear drive to make things happen
- Strong plus if you have experience with our internal customers, of if you know very well how to manage internal customers in a service or client-oriented organization.
- Customer oriented (flexible thinking with the customer, the customer is central). ). Very experienced to capture the requirements of the users.
- Communicative and socially proficient, able to transfer your ideas to others in a clear and structured way
- You have coaching skills to convince people and have a listening ear for their needs
- You can translate the required change in a concrete plan and execute this so that it lands in the organization.
- You function well in a complex environment, which requires a lot of coordination with various parties involved.
- Team player
- Good knowledge of English. Dutch is not a blocking requirement though a strong plus.
