**The Position**

Are you’re passionate about fine wine, top-shelf spirits and exceptional cocktails, and interested in leading a team of 5 talented Bar Attendants? Then we invite you to join us as Bar Manager at Rocco Forte Hotels.

As Bar Manager, you will be responsible for the flawless running of bar operations, maintaining a cool head and positive attitude as you steer the bar team, working alongside the hotel’s management team to preserve the stellar reputation of our bar.

You will be an innovative drinks specialist with a thorough knowledge of market-leading wine, spirits and beer, bringing a mixologist’s touch to our cocktail menu. Furthermore, you will maintain financial control of the department — responsible for achieving optimum profitability.

Naturally, you’ll be passionate about giving guests the warm, intuitive service they’ve come to expect from Rocco Forte Hotels, and committed to managing and motivating your team to provide the highest level of service — nurturing their personal and professional development. And you will lead by example, guiding them to anticipate guests’ needs and exceed expectations. In turn, you’ll be given the support to develop your skills as a manager and drinks specialist.
