Head IT

**IT Manager**

My client is looking for an IT Manager to head the IT department.

**Your mission**:

- Manage the IT team (12 staff) responsible for IT systems across all Business Units.
- Ensure business continuity concerning IT systems.
- Set up appropriate IT governance and related KPIs.
- Contribute directly to my client's vision and plan for IT strategies.
- Define and maintain the cybersecurity policy and continuous improvement plans.
- Manage the company-wide IT budget and risks.
- Recommend, assess, and negotiate IT investments, and monitor ROI.
- Manage IT subcontracts and closely monitor subcontractors and consultants.
- Translate business requirements into IT tenders or projects.
- Drive compliance with applicable standards (ISO, GMP, J-SOX ).
- Report directly to the Head of the unit.

**Your profile**:

- A Master's/Bachelor's degree in IT with broad knowledge and extensive experience.
- An inspirational leader, capable of managing, challenging, and motivating their team with passion and empathy.
- ** You speak English fluently.**:

- You are based in Belgium (mandatory).
- ** A seasoned IT professional experienced with MS environments, virtualization & backup, and SAP (S/4) knowledge.**:

- Strong understanding of cybersecurity aspects and Visual Studio programming environment.
- Experience with Agile methodology.
- ** You have at least 2 years of experience in people management.**
