**Your Role**

We are looking for an IT Manager for the Benelux subregion to join the EMEA regional service delivery team of Group IT.

**Mission**:

- The IT Manager for the BENELUX sub-region manages the relationship, the demand, and coordinates service delivery as per agreed service portfolio for the selected sub region in line with overall Atlas Copco IT strategy.

To ensure we can deliver exceptional IT service in the BENELUX region, we are now looking for an IT Manager - BENELUX (BE and NL) located in Wilrijk, Belgium.

This position reports to the EMEA Regional IT Service Delivery Manager, Wim Delmeire.
- Manage the On-Site Support Resource of the specific sub-region and coordinates with the other teams of the Atlas Copco Group IT Organization.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with local/regional business IT at a regional level
- Increase end user loyalty by using the end user feedback from NPS and collaborate with all IT areas to improve the organization's NPS score
- Have an overall view of all the IT projects for the sub-region
- Oversee service delivery for the sub-region
- Ensure IT processes are followed in the sub-region
- Develop an in-depth understanding of locations where systems and services are consumed and any unique attributes which may impact service delivery
- Act as the IT escalation point on all IT issues. Ensure that all escalations and complaints are responded into a timely manner and provide constant feedback and secure execution on action items agreed
- Identify performance gaps with current systems capabilities and drive remediation efforts as appropriate
- Actively engaging with internal and external IT providers to ensure services and products developed are delivered to meet or exceed business expectations
- Participate in creation of IT performance measurements including Key Performance Indicators (KPls), Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Operational Level Agreements (OLAs) related to critical systems
- Understand the strategic direction of each business in the sub-region and related IT services
- Rationalize and challenge IT capital project plans and spending to ensure focus on strategic systems
- Work closely with business constituents to ensure IT readiness during peak revenue periods
- Regularly seek opportunities to capitalize on existing enterprise functions as appropriate
- Make recommendations for change based on business value and need, including revenue opportunities
- Work with leaders within Atlas Copco IT to establish, communicate, and implement strategic capabilities
- As a management member of Atlas Copco Group IT, assist in developing overall capabilities of the service team including structure, skill sets, roles, people development, prioritization, prevent one person dependencies etc.
- Manage the on-site support team: Focus on core competencies, skill and roles sets, in order to make sure that the organization is highly customer focused and provides excellent IT customer service
- Maintain accountability for department budget/ planning

**Experience Requirements**:

- Strong management experience with a proven track record of leading teams.
- Proven track record of cultural awareness while collaborating with your peers in the other regions.
- Experience in effectively managing, motivating and empowering people
- Strong business acumen and internal knowledge of policies.
- Solid technology background and interest.
- Experience working with process improvement initiatives.
- Experience with organizational development, leadership development and performance management.
- Comfortable with working in a highly matrix global environment

**Educational Requirements**:

- University degree or equivalent experience.
- Certification within ITIL (Foundation) is a benefit
- Fluency in English, spoken and written in a must; Fluency in Dutch is a plus.
