**Wat heb jij te bieden?**

Wij verwachten dat je:

- Minimum over een bachelor diploma beschikt;
- Over enkele jaren relevante beroepservaring beschikt maar we staan zeker open voor ambitieuze schoolverlaters;
- Gepassioneerd bent door cijfers en werkt graag met rekentools. Als “_number cruncher”_ heb je een doorgedreven kennis van Excel die je in staat stelt om te toveren met cijfermateriaal en rapporteringen;
- Een sterke interesse toont voor HR en de HR trends en juridische actualiteit opvolgt;
- Kennis van payroll & sociaal
- en fiscaal juridische wetgeving is een troef;
- Graag procesmatig, nauwkeurig, analytisch en organisatorisch aan de slag gaat;
- Klantgericht werkt en communicatief sterk staat;
- Autonoom kan werken maar tegelijkertijd ook een echte teamspeler bent;
- Een innovatieve mindset hebt met een kritische en frisse blik;
- Goede kennis hebt van Nederlands; kennis Frans en Engels is een pluspunt;

Binnen SD Worx Consulting Mid Market bieden wij, als een team van ‘billable’ consultants, advies op Belgisch niveau over alle thema's die te maken hebben met de tewerkstelling en verlonen van personeel in een nationale context. Het segment ‘Mid Market’ (MM) staat voor de ondersteuning van klanten die groter zijn dat het (hogere) KMO segment

Als **functionele consultant** maak je deel uit van ons multidisciplinaire team van Legal Consultants en versterkt hun expertise met jouw pragmatisch en analytisch rekenwerk.

Jouw focus ligt op de pragmatische doorvertaling van onze adviezen naar de budgettaire impact. Je zet mee jouw tanden in het concretiseren van wat het een beslissing in het kader van een loonbeleid of reorganisatie écht betekent voor een werkgever. Dit doe je door onze adviezen te versterken met doorgedreven analyses en simulaties en mee te werken aan de concrete implementatie ervan.

Klinken termen als benchmarks, loonanalyses, bruto-netto simulaties en sociaal-passief voor jou als muziek in de oren, solliciteer dan zeker.
