**Lootens**, gevestigd in Turnhout, Deinze, Kortrijk (BE) en Breda (NL), is een vooruitstrevend familiebedrijf, gespecialiseerd in maximaal beglaasd schrijnwerk. Als marktleider hebben we zowel nationaal als internationaal uitzonderlijkje referenties opgebouwd, zoals het nieuwe diamantmuseum Diva en het Afrika Museum. **Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit als calculator**
- Na een ruime opleidingstraject ben je in staat om, na analyse en interpretatie van de bouwtechnische eigenschappen, een concurrentiële prijsberekening voor aluminium schrijnwerk op te maken.
- Je bestudeert met betrokken partij de plannen en de lastenboeken en maakt op basis daarvan de offerte in ons eigen calculatiesysteem, dat jou wordt aangeleerd door jouw collega’s.
- Verder neem je contact op met klanten, leveranciers en onderaannemers voor prijsaanvragen en volgt deze nauwgezet op.
- Je werkt in team met iedereen die betrokken is in fase van verkoop met name sales
- en calculatiecollega’s, projectleiders, etc.
**Naar wie wij op zoek zijn**:
- Je genoot een hogere opleiding in ofwel een bouwtechnische of cijfermatige richting.
- Je bent communicatief en je neemt proactief de telefoon om extra info te vragen bij prospecten en klanten indien dit jou kan helpen om beter/sneller/efficiënter te werken.
- Verder hou je ervan om de sales te ondersteunen in hun prijscalculaties waardoor je als team de projecten binnenhaalt.
- Je bent nauwgezet in opvolging en beschikt over de nodige zelfstandigheid.
- Je hebt reeds een eerste werkervaring (niet noodzakelijk als calculator) en hebt een sterke interesse in of affiniteit met de bouwsector.
