**Warehouse Administrator/Relief Driver**

**The role**:
The main purpose of the role will be to support the day to day activities associated with running the Mechelen Warehouse facility to ensure the smooth operation of the business to support customer requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure orders/packaging dispatches are processed in the most cost effective and timely manner to meet customer timescales/requirements
- Maintenance of all reusable packaging systems to include receipt scanning, inspection of components, cleaning and conditioning
- Ensure Biocair warehouse security procedures are adhered to at all times and maintain 100% compliance to all relevant regulations
- lan, co-ordinate and monitor the receipt and storage of all packaging in designated areas
- To perform relief cover for collecting and packing customer shipments for research samples, clinical trials medicines and other pharmaceutical and healthcare related products. To transport time critical and temperature sensitive consignments, in a safe, careful and timely manner, whilst maintaining the highest levels of customer care.
- To act as the face of Biocair for all shipment collections and deliveries and ensure that customer interactions are handled in a pro-active and professional manner at all times.

**Essential**:

- Full, clean driving licence
- Basic MS Office skills
- Proven ability to work well under time pressure

**Desirable**:

- A minimum of 3 years driving/warehouse experience
- Specialist Pharmaceutical collection/delivery experience
- Class 7 Qualified
- ADR Qualified

**Benefits**
- Bonus - eligibility for a discretionary annual company bonus scheme. Further details will be provided with any offer of employment but the language to use is an “on target 14% discretionary performance related bonus.
- Pension - Executives get 4% from employer and need to contribute 2%. Non executive get 2.5% contribution from employer and do not need to contribute Holiday - 25 days holiday per year. Holiday year is January to December.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent contract

**Salary**: €30,000.00 per year
