**Internal Sales Coordinator (M/F/d)**
**Permanent position**
**Your mission as Internal Sales Coordinator**:
Efficient customer communication and processing of inbound purchase orders in collaboration with colleagues from Sales & Marketing and Supply Chain.
**Your main tasks as **Internal Sales Coordinator**:
- Autonomous and self-responsible handling of inbound orders along the entire process from order reception till payment reminders/reception
- Aggregation sales forecast by sales funnels and opportunities and resulting extrapolation of demand of RtS products
- Documentary preparation of acutal shipment in collaboration with Export Department
- Organiszation, reporting and followup of department meetings
- Being Key User of CRM system
- Coordinating the entire CC comprising reporting, furnishing P/Qs (incl. tender submissions), Order-in until shipment out and payment follow-up
- Facilitating Export and Sales Controlling using available and developing new ERP, CRM, XLS tool, about the entire Sales process from planning till achievements
**Your expertise and skills**:
- A first experience as a Sales Administrator or Sales Support Agent is a plus
- Fluent in French and English, any additional language is a plus
- Certification in Logistics, Marketing and/or Sales
- Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Being team player with high level of dedication
- Ability to work under strict deadlines
