To reinforce our Contract & Procurement Team, we are looking for a **Contract Lawyer.**

**Your role**:
As a Contract Lawyer, you will support and assist the business development and technology departments in the (pre-)development and, if successful, in the subsequent construction of the offshore wind farm, from A to Z, and ensure compliance with statutory laws, permit and procurement requirements, company policies, rules and guidelines.

More specifically, you will form part of a dedicated project team and be in charge of all contractual matters. You will provide support to the project team, in the fulfilment of the following tasks and responsibilities:

- Tender management;
- Contract negotiations;
- Drafting a variety of contracts for the development and construction of an offshore wind farm (e.g. supply contracts, contract for offshore services, transport & installation contracts, etc.);
- Contract management;
- Risk management and risk mitigation;
- Claim management and claim avoidance;
- Stakeholder management;
- Knowledge management;
- Project-related communication.

**Your profile**:

- You have a master’s degree in law with a strong interest for energy & construction law;
- You have min. 5 years relevant working experience;
- Working experience within the industry or other relevant sector is a plus;
- You are a motivated team player and yet able to work autonomously;
- You have good communication and reporting skills;
- You are fluent in English and have good drafting skills.
