Digital Lead Customer Experience

We are seeking a Digital Lead to drive adoption of our digital Customer Engagement platforms and to elevate our internal sales operations.
n this role, you will demonstrate the business value of our platforms, engage with customers about our and their digital touchpoints and analyze usage metrics. You will also guide change management initiatives in this domain, own the digital product data model and oversee the automation of internal sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive user adoption, engagement and realization of the business value for our digital engagement platforms, including our Customer Care and B2B Commerce platform, 'MyPanels'.
- Implement change management within the internal and external sales teams and with our customers to boost user adoption. Be a “one (wo)man marketing agency” promoting your platform in various ways to grow the enthusiasm & usage internally and externally.
- Follow up on the delivered business value and usage metrics of our platforms, communicate to stakeholders and take appropriate action.
- Be the go-to person for our customers and internal sales organization on how to make optimal use of our and their digital engagement platforms.
- Develop and execute digital strategies to enhance internal sales operations, including automated order entry.
- Take ownership of our commercial product data model and ensure its accuracy and relevance.
- Analyze customer feedback and digital interaction data to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage and prioritize the backlog of improvement ideas.
- Collaborate with IT, internal sales, external sales and marketing teams to improve our digital solutions.Stay updated with the latest digital trends and technologies in customer service.

- Pragmatic, action-oriented, and a strong drive for results.
- Master degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital tools and platforms.
- Great and creative communication and interpersonal skills, experience in change management processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience within change management
