To strengthen our teams, we’re looking for a Key Account Manager.
**Responsibilities**
As a **Key Account Manager,** your responsibilities will include:
- Regularly monitor and understand the activities and needs of your customer portfolio.
- Follow the entire sales cycle, from the first telephone call or response to the invitation to tender to the final signature of the contract.
- Responding to specifications with the support of our Bid Manager.
- Keeping an eye on the market by carrying out research/networking.
- Monitor your actions via Sales Force.
**Profile**
As a **Key Account Manager,** you will have:
- A degree or equivalent experience, with particular experience of consultative selling;
- Good analytical skills and initiative;
- An affinity with IT processes.
- An excellent knowledge of French and a professional knowledge of Dutch and English.
**And you are also**
- An excellent teamplayer.
- Able to influence positively and you have good negotiation skills.
- Customer-oriented and an effective communicator.
