Dan hebben wij een leuke vacature voor jou als e-Learning Developer voor een bedrijf dat e-Learning Platforms ontwikkelt op maat

Situering van de functie: de accountmanagers staan in voor het binnen halen van nieuwe projecten en het analyseren van de behoeften en doelstellingen. Met deze info gaan de e-Learning Developers aan de slag om vanuit de interne softwaresystemen een gepersonaliseerd e-Learning platform op te zetten.

Jouw rol:

- Je weet als geen ander de leerdoelen van klanten concreet vorm te geven en een inhoudelijk overzichtelijk maar ook mooi ogend platform te creëren.
- Je zet de instructieve boodschap om naar een duidelijke en heldere tekst en goede scripts en beelden.
- Je past de voorlopige versie aan obv de opmerkingen en de feedback van de klant en realiseert moderne en stijlvolle leermodules die voldoen aan alle wensen van de klant.
- Je behartigt meerdere projecten gelijktijdig en behoudt het overzicht tussen de verschillende deadlines.

**Je profiel**:

- Je hebt een master
- of bachelordiploma in de pedagogische wetenschappen of bent gelijkwaardig door eerdere ervaring in Learning & Development.
- Je communiceert zeer vlot in het Nederlands, het Engels en het Frans.
- Je hebt een degelijke praktische kennis van Microsoft Office-hulpprogramma's Word, PowerPoint en Outlook. Kennis van Storyline en / of Adobe Captivate is een grote troef.
- Je werkt planmatig en behoudt het overzicht tussen de verschillende projecten en deadlines.
