Robert Half Technology is currently looking for an **IT Project Manager ad interm **(M/F/x) for an implementation of SAP SucessFactors Learning LMS.

The company is based in Louvain-La-Neuve.

As an IT Project Manager you are responsible for:

- Lead the pre-inception of the project (collect requirements), prepare the business case, define its major time frames and the definition of its major deliverables to address and meet the desired goals and outcomes in agreement with the digital board process.
- Oversee the deployment of the new LMS, including the migration of module and course content, and user data from any former LMS/ DB if applicable
- Develop and implement a plan for the decommissioning, archiving and switch off of old LMS systems
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership, governance groups and other stakeholders on the progress of the project and any challenges encountered
- Lead regular interactions with the executive sponsors to inform, alert, negotiate and maintain a continuing good relationship and shared vision for the project outcome.
- Develop and control the project budget, and manages expenditure within agreed spending plans with the support of the Controlling team.

The IT Project Manager has:

- 10 or more years of experience in IT business/industry
- Successfully implemented SuccessFactors Learning LMS, ideally in industrial environment or medical industry
- Proven experience in gathering user requirements, conducting needs assessments and translating them into actionable project goals and objectives
- Demonstrated success at leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships
- Strong understanding of LMS platforms, their capabilities and integration with other systems
- Certification with at least one project/program management methodology, BPMN, PMI, PMBOK, PRINCE2 or Agile
- Excellent communication skills in English, French is an asset
