Vous intégrerez la cellule **Onsite** de SD Worx Staffing Solutions. Proches les uns des autres, notre sens de l'humour et notre convivialité vous aideront à vous sentir comme un membre à part entière de notre équipe. Vous travaillerez chez notre client du lundi au vendredi, de 9h00 à 17h30.

**Une journée type chez nous implique**:

- Du **recrutement** de profils de nettoyage (home, industrial,...)
- Gestion de pool et matériel (équipements de travail)
- Gestion administrative (contrats, prestations, paiements)
- Coordination entre les différents intervenants (client, intérimaires, équipes support en interne)

- Vous bénéficiez d’une première expérience probante dans le domaine OU pouvez attester d’une affinité avec le secteur et le recrutement.
- Vous êtes un recruteur hors-normes drivé par les** résultats**.
- Notre client est en pleine expansion et il compte sur nous pour renflouer ses équipes avec des personnes motivées et compétentes.

- Vous avez la responsabilité d’établir les contrats de travail mais également du suivi des visites médicales et formations annexes.

- Chaque début de semaine, vérifier les prestations de la semaine qui précède et les envoyer à notre service paie afin qu'ils procèdent à la rémunération.
- Vous êtes fédérateur et **orienté client.**:

- Le site de Flémalle est composé de multiples intervenants et nous comptons sur toi pour jouer le rôle de conseiller et facilitateur.
- Vous êtes résistant au stress et orienté résultats.
- Vous êtes disponible rapidement.
- Vous disposez d’un permis de conduire B.
