**Mission**:
In collaboration with the Management, participate in the definition of Colas Industry's commercial policy.
Through in-depth knowledge of the product, prospecting, negotiating and selling to prospects with a view to developing the Colas customer portfolio.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- **Prospecting**:

- Be constantly on the lookout for new sites/clients
- Have an in-depth knowledge of your products, your market and the competition- **Tenders**:

- Respond to calls for tenders in total autonomy under 500m3 and in collaboration with the Management in the case of tenders over 500m3
- Make qualitative offers (advice on type of concrete, site access, etc.) that optimally meet the customer's needs- **Customer relations**:

- Continuously maintain relations with customers, advise them and propose appropriate solutions
- Ensure a quality after-sales service
- Manage any disputes- **Interaction with other departments**:

- In case of absence, ensure a back-up role for the logistics department and the Director (within predefined limits)
- In collaboration with the laboratory, organise samples on site to avoid unnecessary journeys- **Administrative**:

- In case of non-payment, intervene with the client
- Carry out regular reporting of sales activities to the Management
