**Global Sales Process Manager**
As a Global Sales Process Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the sales processes, reporting tools and technologies within the sales organization. Your aim is to design and implement global sales processes in ERP and CRM to improve operational efficiency. You will anticipate potential market hurdles and present solutions and facilitate communication between the global KAMs, business directors and VP Sales.
**Key responsibilities**
- Main contact point when it comes to sales processes and strategies within the organization.
- Developing and monitoring performance indicators for sales and staff members, managing sales tracking tools and compiling reports.
- Support during internal audits and external IATF audits.
- Provide sales insights to the sales management and their teams enabling to make data driven decisions.
- Training and support of sales processes. Support new sales members during their onboarding.
- Engage in frequent interaction with sales, customer service, finance and operation to assist with questions, process improvements and sales flows.
- Partner with different department stakeholders globally to build and streamline sales operation processes.
***Qualifications and skills**
- Minimum requirement of Bachelor/master’s degree with commercial focus.
- Proven work experience in a similar function (i.e., sales support, sales processes, sales operations )
- Experience in a consumer or automotive sales B2B environment, ideally > 4 years.
- Excellent knowledge of English. Any additional language is considered a plus
- Working knowledge of MS Office package.
- Problem solver and strong communicative team player who is well organized and punctual.
- Experience with SAP is a must and CRM is a plus.
- Passion for sound/audio is a plus.
