Notre client est une société **internationale industrielle** située du côté de **Nívelles**. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec la production et la qualité.

En tant que **Supply Chain Officer (h-f-x)**, votre mission est de mettre à disposition de la production les matières premières et les emballages, en temps et en quantité.

Vos responsabilités pour cette fonction de **Supply Chain Officer (h-f-x)** seront les suivantes:

- vous suivez les **commandes** de matières premières et emballages avec les fournisseurs ;
- vous suivez le **processus logistique**/planning de livraisons de façon régulière;
- vous suivez les commandes des fournisseurs et backorders;
- vous mettez à jour le planning de livraison dans l'**ERP** ;
- vous êtes responsable du transfert de **stock** ;
- vous organisez les** transferts** de chez notre partenaire logistique en collaboration avec la Production et la Qualité ;
- vous planifiez les travaux à confier à des sous-traitants et vous coordonnez les transferts de marchandises à ces sous-traitants ;
- vous faites une vérification assidue des fiches de production des sous-traitants afin d'assurer une bonne gestion des stocks et une traçabilité fiable ;
- vous créez et suivez les ordres de fabrications chez les sous-traitants ;
- vous créez et suivez les **documents douaniers** ;
- vous vérifiez les **factures** liées aux fournisseurs et aux partenaires externes ;
- vous gérez les stocks palettes ;
- vous vérifiez les bons de livraison.

Les qualifications requises pour cette fonction de **Supply Chain Officer (h-f-x)** sont les suivantes:

- vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme niveau Bachelier ou avez atteint ce niveau par l'expérience ;
- vous avez une personnalité enthousiaste, dynamique, débrouillarde et pleine de motivation ;
- vous vous exprimez couramment en français et en anglais, le néerlandais est un atout ;
- vous êtes familier(ère) avec les processus logistiques (gestion de stock, planning, master data) ;
- vous êtes rigoureux(se), pragmatique et orienté(e) solutions ;
- vous travaillez de manière structurée et vous savez garder une vue d'ensemble dans un environnement complexe ;
- vous disposez d'une bonne connaissance en Microsoft Office ;
- vous êtes familier(ère) avec un outil ERP (AX Dynamics est un atout) ;
- vous pouvez vous adapter à un environnement en mutation permanente où la communication ouverte prévaut ;
- vous êtes disponible immédiatement ou très rapidement.
