**Description**
- You will work with the colleagues within your team to honor the agreements with our clients on a daily basis. - You work for the claims department of a large (bank) insurer.
- You are responsible for the complete handling of various damage claims and you assess these according to the existing laws and regulations
- During the process you always communicate in a clear and customer-oriented style with all parties involved
- Policyholders, insurers and intermediaries can invariably count on you
- Providing information on time and keeping promises made feels very natural to you
- Within your team you are a real team player, you are always willing to support your colleagues and give constructive feedback.
- You think and work actively on improvement processes

**Profile**
- You have an affinity with the insurance world and have already gained initial experience there (as a claims administrator is a plus)
- You are easy going, communicative and creative in solving problems
- You are very customer-oriented and radiate positivity
- You are Dutch-speaking with a good knowledge of French.
- Both orally and in writing, your communication reflects a high degree of professionalism
