- to put together and supervise an (external) developing team
- to conduct technological analyses, to critically study the waiting architecture & stories and to discover & implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage
- in being a critical sounding board with regard to external (IT) parties, to explore and implement partnerships with regard to our the long-term objectives
- in building quality assurance and data protection processes, ensuring all technology practices adhere to regulatory standards
- develop our SaaS further (now in product-market fit/early sales), launch the visualization hardware device and connect both to define clinical algorithms based on AI.

**We’d like to count on you for**:

- performing some coding yourself, from time to time. React.js, Python and dotNet is what we currently use
- dedicating half of your time to support, motivate and guide the tech team members
- acting as a wingman for marketing & sales: connect with customers and implement their feedback
- product testing and reporting towards the business management
- be an idealist and stand for our social commitment

- Have significant experience in software architecture, in agile development and building digital products from early-stage through to scaling and maturity.
- Experience in project management to ensure timely deliverables.
