Technical Content Coordinator

**FUNCTIEOMSCHRIJVING**
Als technical content coordinator ben je verantwoordelijk voor de coordinatie en het onderhoud van de tools die de installateur nodig heeft om een Niko product te kiezen, te installeren en in gebruik te stellen. Voorbeelden van deze tools zijn product handleidingen, datasheets, catalogi en online tools voor de installateur, het studiebureau, de eindklant in de verschillende europese landen.
- Je bepaalt de inhoud en de planning van deze tools in overleg met de product manager en het projectteam;
- Je coordineert de uitwerking ervan met de copywriter, het vertaalbureau en het grafisch team;
- Je neemt het initiatief om samen met de collega's het beste resultaat voor de klant te bereiken, en adviseert, coordineert en bewaakt de consistentie;
- Je documenteert de processen en content van alle informatie en tools in de database;
- Tot slot help je mee om processen en tools te verbeteren die de werking van het team ondersteunen.
**Profiel**
- Je hebt een technische opleiding in elektrotechniek op bachelor niveau en/of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Je hebt interesse in de wereld van elektrische installaties en huisautomatisering
- Je spreekt en schrijftcorrect engels en nederlands en hebt een goede basiskennis frans
- Je hebt gevoel voor duidelijke taal en bent goed in communicatie
- Je bent een teamspeler en werkt efficient samen met technische en marketing collega's in onze verschillende vestigingen in Europa
- Je hebt zin voor initiatief en kan zelfstandig werken
- Je kan input omzetten in de nodige acties voor het team, deze acties coördineren en hierbij het overzicht bewaren
- Je kan prioriteiten leggen en deadlines respecteren
- Je bent nauwkeurig bij het documenteren en controleren van informatie
- Je hebt bij voorkeur een basiskennis Adobe Creative Suite, Acrobat, Indesign
