- Wat is jouw rol bij HR RAIL ?
- Het team Project & IT Management (PIT) van de KGV is op zoek naar een specialist advisor Healthcare regulation & digitalisation om het team te versterken. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de implementatie en het beheer van diverse projecten op het gebied van digitalisering van de geneeskundige verzorging.
- Als business analist werk je mee aan de digitalisering van de sector geneeskundige verzorging door deel te nemen aan verschillende werkgroepen en commissies. Je stelt business requirements op voor de IT-afdeling en analyseert de impact en behoeften voor de back-office.
- Je houdt toezicht op tests die worden uitgevoerd met softwarepakketten van prestatieverleners.
- Je identificeert en test de door IT voorgestelde oplossingen en aanpassingen en stelt na akkoord het programma in productie. Nadien verzorg je de follow-up.
- Je volgt voortdurend de ontwikkeling op het gebied van regelgeving op die binnen de KGV geïmplementeerd moet worden en je analyseert de impact van deze wijzigingen in regelgeving op lopende projecten.
- Je beheert individueel een breed scala aan projecten en bent specialist in je domein in samenwerking met de expert en coördinator van het team.
- Je analyseert vragen en problemen, zoekt antwoorden en identificeert het onderliggend probleem met het oog op het implementeren van een oplossing op korte, middellange en lange termijn.
- Je bent back-up voor je directe collega's in geval van afwezigheid (opvolging FMB’s, projectopvolging, deelname aan vergadering en feedback aan collega’s)

- Je bent in het bezit van een masterdiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring (minstens 3 jaar ervaring in de gezondheidszorg/mutualiteiten of als business analyst).
**Technische competenties**:
- Je kan vlot werken met de MS-Office toepassingen, voornamelijk met Word en Excel.
- Je beheerst het Nederlands perfect, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling en je hebt een gevorderde kennis van het Frans.
**Gedragscompetenties**:
- Informatie analyseren: je bekijkt informatie vanuit een kritisch standpunt en aanvaardt informatie niet zonder er verder over na te denken.
- Opvolging verzekeren: je volgt met een gepaste frequentie acties op en stuurt bij in functie van de te bereiken objectieven.
- Oplossingen implementeren: je neemt het initiatief om oplossingen aan te reiken, ook in onbekende situaties. Je neemt concrete acties om problemen op te lossen en vooruit te gaan.
- Continu leren: Je plant en beheert je eigen groei actief en stelt het eigen functioneren kritisch in vraag. Je verwerft continu nieuwe inzichten, vaardigheden en kennis.
- Communiceren: je brengt een boodschap of gegevens op een duidelijke, correcte en transparante manier over, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling, in functie van het doel en het publiek.

- Het contact center, eerste aanspreekpunt voor de aangeslotenen, en de teams in de gewestelijke geneeskundige centra (GGC) zijn verantwoordelijk voor de praktische toepassing van de regelgeving in de gezondheidszorg en behandelen de terugbetalingen aan de aangeslotenen, de verzekerbaarheidsdossiers en de toelatingen voor geneeskundige zorgen.
