Logistic Lead

Are you ready to
**lead and manage supply chain activities** in
**warehouse**
**operations**? As a
**Logistic Lead**, you'll support our client's warehouse supervisors in achieving logistics targets and KPIs.
- **Lead, coach, motivate, and guide logistics employees**, creating a positive atmosphere on the shop floor.
- Conduct **evaluation interviews **for both temporary and permanent employees, and develop **a training plan** for the team.
- **Organize and monitor logistics activities** in the field, delegating tasks, responsibilities, and authority.
- **Drive improvement projects and foster a culture of continuous improvemen**t based on best practices and customer requirements.
- **Collaborate with other departments**, including transport planning, production, HSE, quality, and HR, to proactively identify and escalate risks.
- **Make informed decisions** on warehouse operations, goods reception, shipments, production feeding, internal movement, and ERP figures related to the warehouse process.
- **Provide business support information** on inventory, storage capacity, and forklift capacities. Support the warehouse supervisor in leading the logistics team, following LEAN manufacturing and 5S principles.
- **Monitor logistics KPIs** and guide the team towards achieving targets.
- **Technical background or education** with solid **experience **in a **logístical environment.**:

- **Experience in automotive or production environment.**:

- **Experience in team leadership** and good **people management skills.**:

- Familiarity with** warehouse environments and various logistics/supply chain processes**. Fluent in analyzing logistics indicators.
- Excellent knowledge of **English**; knowledge of **Dutch **is a bonus.
- Proficient in **MS Office**; previous experience with **SAP **(or ERP) is a plus.
