**Wat ga je doen?**:
MediaMarkt gaat in Korbeek-Lo bij Leuven een nieuwe winkel openen. Hiervoor zijn wij op zoek jou
- Je zet je elke dag in om de wens van de klant en de medewerker te overtreffen;
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de servicegerichte afdelingen van de vestiging;
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de geld
- en goederenstroom in de vestiging;
- Je biedt de klant oplossingen op het gebied van customer care, after sales, online afhalen, service en reparaties;
- Jouw focus ligt op het behalen van een optimale en maximale klanttevredenheid;
- Je analyseert de NPS-score en definieert actieplannen;
- Leiden, motiveren en coachen van het team zodat zij de beste customer journey kunnen bieden aan onze klanten.

- Je bent 36 uur per week beschikbaar, waarvan minstens een avond en een dag in het weekend.
